Power Hour - A Circuits based class


This new class of mine will use the latest findings in fitness training to bring you a cutting edge functional and result driven program.
Every 4 to 6 weeks the program will change to avoid plateau and in doing so give you great results.

This is a non-competitive group class and the only person you need to compete with will be your self.

The workouts will be interval based and every 4 to 6 weeks the focus of the intervals will change so your body doesn't get accustomed
to the challenges.

The great news is that there are dozens and dozens of ways to do intervals. You can do the ....

30-60 method
Adrenaline intervals
Tabatas
Aerobic intervals (perfect for runners who want fat loss)

Each workout will be individually designed and named so eventually you will be able request the workout that worked best for you.

Join us at NORTH BROMSGROVE HIGH SCHOOL every Thursday at 6:30pm for A genuine hour of power
